I have no choice, as per customer's request to remove the solder balls. Can i use water to clean away the solder ball since i'm using RMA solder paste not the water soluable paste.

We've seen the same thing - leads of QFPs not as strong as we'd like them to be. In the past 4 years no problem, this Spring they start failing. Touch a solder iron to it and it solders fine. After crunching some data, we found that both QFPs fail

How do people prepare there solder paste for screen print? We currently remove them from the fridge and mix them in a 500g solder paste tub mixer to mix the flux and paste together we waste to much paste at the moment as we only use the tub for 1

I have never frozen solder paste so I'm not sure if it will work. Our paste manufacturer does caution against freezing of the paste but do not say why. Jerry

I'm not aware of a solder paste solvent. What do hope to accomplish with such a material? May be we can suggest an alternative.
