What is the proper storage and shelf life after washing a PCB with an OSP finish? We sometimes have to pull the boards off the line and wash the solder paste off the boards.

Shelf life numbers don't mean dip. Are the parts solderable per ANSI/J-STD-002, Solderability Tests for Component Leads, Terminations, Lugs, Terminals, and Wires? If yes, go solder the parts. If no, get better parts from your supplier.

Nope -- we don't shelf life control roll solder here. Just threw that on the list as a possible. I don't think it would be necessary.
