Speaker made of ABS material could not withstand temperature of 250 C after wave soldering, please advise what is the guidelines for such material to pass thru wave soldering process, is there any guide books for my reference.

What methods do people use to dress pads after removing and before replacing the BGA? We use solder wick and a soldering iron, focusing on not "dragging" the wick across vias. This is laborous and booring. Who has a better way? Dave F

after you have removed the solder from the pads you can reapply solder psate onto the pads using a single site stencil printer from Mini Micro Stencil.

We are getting solder balls after reflow of surface mount components. We are using a no-clean paste and a new jar seemed to help for a little bit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Wave solder temperatures are normally 485 deg. FARENHEIT... not Celcius.. Perhaps you got your units wrong?

At this moment in time we are using water soluble solder paste on our PCBs these are cleaned using water only, agitated with ultrasonics. After drying a white/grey residue is left around solder joints. Reflow profile is fine and a reliable wash proce
