The voltage is too high. I would check all the solid state relays.

We swapped the solid state relay for zone 5 bottom to zone 5 top but the problem came up once a while. As for noise protection, there are jumpers at E1 to E8 and E9 to E16. They are hardware filters and prevent noise spikes from affecting thermocoupl

Have seen this problem on other types of oven and it was caused by failed solid state relays that energise the heaters.

DucHoang, thank you for your reply. as you mentioned I checked the solid state relays on the input and output side. I did get power coming out of all even when the conveyor was stopped. I will mark them with their position and swap some to see what h

Was wondering if anybody has experience a zone that will not get up to temperature. I changed the Solid state relay, made sure the thermocouple is working. The only thing I can think of is the bottom heater panel has a corroded/broken wire which is a

I have experienced the same problem with my Mark 3. I found the problem to be the solid state relays in the electrical control panel. Towards the front of the machine below the breaker rails. My oven's computer screen would show all was fine but my
