hi, what have you already done to resolve this? is this MC library a file you can locate? if yes, try replacing it with backup. corrupted databases and libraries can cause such failures.

The first time i resolved it i just did a normal maintenance and i thought that the motors where overloaded from old grease. But now this is not the case cause this came just 2 weeks after the maintenance.

and during that normal maintenance did you move motor cables and connectors? or motor controller board cables/connectors? you need to give us some more info on what you did there...

OK guys i finally traced the error it was the R-Axis motor rolling bearing. It broke so the motor could not start.

No i didn't move any cable just cleaned the old grease and applied a new one, also checked the tension of the belts and cleaned the inside of the machine. In any case no cables where moved at the maintenance process. And the only info i have is the
