Gentlemen, Just became a member and scanning the old posts hoping to help people out with their MPM printers. Most of this info is correct, the last post was the best. Offsets on an Accuflex printer can be put in either per process program or glob

If its the same as a Momentum then no you do not need to use jigs. There is a "global offset" field that allows you to add background offsets. The glass plate jig calibration procedure only needs to be used after a major crash or if you feel the need

Gerber EZ is not available on the Accuflex platform. Speedline (now ITW EAE), like most manufactures, do not want to offer new tools on old platforms. There is one feature in the AccuPro software that I don't believe was added in any version of the

We have a new MPM Momentum. It's hands down the best printer we have ever worked with. Load program--add paste---forget about it. Runs every day all day with no issues what so ever. I come from a "machine background" and the MPM's are much more robus

Our past experience with Frost and Sullivan is that they derive most of their data from interviews with the subject companies and press releases. That puts them a half a notch above asking the sales reps for info (except with F&S, the total won't be

Unfortunately Gerber EZ is probably the one thing I know very little about. As an FSE with Speedline I only had one client at that time that was using it and an application engineer came in and helped them with it. Sorry I can't give a direct answer
