Set the conveyor to run at 1 foot/minute and the conveyor moves 1 foot in 1:11. Set the conveyor to move 2 feet per minute and the conveyor moves 2 feet in 1:11. etc...

Not sure if this has any bearing on the problem but did you check to see that T2 and T3 are jumped on the speed control board per the first note in the prodedure?

This 11 seconds is constant? Seems like it's a clock issue. The machine thinks a minute is 71 seconds. Jerry
