That's correct Dave, have been for over 11years. We are still using them on all lines. For the cost of a 460mm s/s shim at 0.010" thickness you get six blades. Darby.

For fine pitch components we would suggest slow movement of metal squeegee. The effect of angle is minimal. You may check squeegees from Transition Automation they can help you with the holder and the best squeegee. I do not have the web site, Arman

Curtis, They have a 'permalex' coating bonded to the metal. We see no signs of flaking. They are pricey but they do work, we had metal blades from the OEM, they were absolute trash (not MPM). We run 16-6 and they last at least 4 to six months in
