Since you are chasing down communication errors as a likely root cause of your problem. Perhaps the RS232 COmmunicaions chip was taken out as well. This was a common enough problem in glorious days gone past fixing really old RS232 gear. ALso caps Po

Yes we had the same problems with Flexa and our AIMEX 3. Fuji techs came in and upgraded all our software to version 6.24.0.1. This solved almost all the communication problems between server and client computers.

We found we had a bad communication cable which caused all of the files to be corrupted. We then held the RESET down while powering up and it successfully dumped. We were then able to send status, proper and programs to the machines. Hope this helps

Sent program to a CP43 and the part data was not recognized. Machine message to power down and back up, so we did so. On power up, screen appeared with the following: OS Error Err Code 0001 Err task 0028 Err para FFFF Ex stat 0151 Err adrs CC400000
