true in the olden days, new osp's have excellent thermal stability. they are thinned or removed by organic acids mainly. contrary to believe due to the higher tin content they do tend to work well with lead free better than leaded used to. cheers gre

"Ionization of the air causes an increase in conductivity..." I have an Ionograph and everytime I open the test lid cover the Baseline Stabilization Resistivity Value s by 60M Ohm-cm. My question is: Is there something to worry about our facilities

Viscom is still there if in case you want to try the algorithms, we are already using them for almost 3 years now and the inspection stability and detection consistency are excellent.

Since it is listed as "Typical Run Current", my assumption is that is the current after it has heated up and stabilized at your profile settings, i.e. not start up. The recommended breaker size is 100 Amps. That would imply it can draw more than th

Davef, Could you tell me if you filled your floor by additional concrete layer during your shop construction? Have you had any placement machines stability issues? Your input would be really valuable. Thank you.

Also make sure nozzle retraction is ok, if nozzle shafts stick at different heights can effect laser centering stability.

AH! nice one, I didn't consider glass marbles. I'm curious though, how did this affect your heating/thermal stability? Did the marbles ever float?

The truth is that TH will give you better mechanical stability. If it is a part where you risk strip off the pads of SMT connector, don't make this transition to SMT. If it is a one time cable plug there and there will be not too much pressure, go fo
