DEK265GS - Startup problem (RESOLVED)

Electronics Forum | Fri Sep 14 10:30:45 EDT 2012 | dekhead

I believe there was a software issue as well; Initially installed software (4.03) replacing existing 2.12. After that it got past the "Stack Overflow" and displayed the expected error for incorrect addressing on PCAD12... BTW solution to "vision boa

Destacker will not separate 1mm thick boards

I'd check into the ASYS LSB-03 Bareboard Destacker. It isn't a gravity drop style. It uses edge clamps to clamp the top PCB on the stack and then drop it on the transport rail. So it doens't destack from bottom to top, it destacks from top down. We

Many years ago (20+) we did this by preassembling the 2 parts into a mini leadframe with high temp solder paste, which was a pain but then they could be dropped in trays, surface mounted and hit the line clean. I'm guessing you have a low value cap

I guess it all depends on volume. If you are talking thousands of PCB's, then automation is best, if possible. Otherwise, hand-soldering them post-production is the obvious solution. How about bill-boarding them? That way, they would fit on the land

Mike, The dispensable solder paste is ordered separately from the printed paste because it has a higher flux content. I would not feel comfortable mixing liquid flux into the printable paste. Ask your paste vendor if they have a dispensable version.

Hi All Respected Engineers, Now a days am testing a high speed 20 layer PCB but currently the issue am facing that most of signals give KOhm or Mohm resistance with respect to GROUND as it should be infinity. We have around 7 GND planes in our PCB s

Hello everyone, I'm in a manufacturing environment with a middle mix of boards, and some mid volume. The cards are our design and the most diffucult pakage is TSSOP-14, QFP-128 and 0603. So, these days we decided to buy new printer? But, we have stac

Does anyone have any experience with running a double sided/surface mount(bottom)board manufactured with CHEM 1 material? We are currently looking at cost cuts. My personal experience recently in running a D.O.E. against other materials and solder
