I worked with Axial-5 and Radial-5 machines and there are no alone sequencers.

Just wondering, what do companies who have a stand alone reflow oven use to allow their pcbs to safely exit off the reflow machine conveyor belt or pcb rails ? I've seen home made ramps that the pcb slides down.....but is there any other option ?

We just use a ramp to a cart and the line operator loads them into trays as they come out. There are buffer conveyors or magazine loaders you could use. Or do a little industrial automation with a plc and proximity sensors; combine a ramp and a belt
