Open joints

Electronics Forum | Wed Oct 03 17:52:37 EDT 2001 | mparker

I hate it when that happens. Usually I just buy a better brand of papers. Zig Zag works best. Of course, you gotta remove the stems and seeds, those are the most recurring sources that cause an open joint.

Ekra E5 cleaner dispenser problem

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 03 00:22:02 EST 2003 | Steve

We have an Ekra E5 that uses what looks like standard auto valve stems to dispense the cleaning fluid. They leak.. Are they just standard schrader valves or are special to withstand the chemistry of stencil cleaner?

Dross produced, are we in or out?

Electronics Forum | Tue May 24 09:07:14 EDT 2005 | Rob

Hey, If it's an imaginary friend it's a very well informed one! Perhaps this propensity to disturbance stems from a childhood experience of yours? Were you deserted by your imaginary friend?

Conformal Coating

I have come to the realization that the root of all of our coating issues stem from one source. We are unable to control the viscosity of our coating. I am ignorant on the subject. Is there a proven method to consistantly produce the identical vis

Ekra E5 cleaner dispenser problem

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 03 10:55:57 EST 2003 | slthomas

Machine data for SPC?

Electronics Forum | Fri May 27 04:34:17 EDT 2005 | Rob

Can you not track placement accuracy/feeder performance/print performance just via the AOI in near real time? Once you get a feel for it you can usually tell where the fails stem from, and at most you are only usually around 10 minutes out depending
