Totally agree with Evtimov. Let the SPI be the judge, as long as your getting good prints, your stencil is fine. I had a colleague cut the mesh on one side of a stencil and it still printed fine. This was proof to management that measuring tension w

People that measure, say 4 symmetrical points() and one in the center to get the full picture. I personally see it as a NO value added activity. If stencil changes performance - replace it.

Thanks for reply, in fact, my question is how to calibrate the tool itself, it has some load spring and a gauge moving according to the tension of the mesh. I was wondering if I can make 2 different tension sets to have different comparing values, th

Hi all, I have a GRUNIG G-CHECK tension measurement tool, I need to prepare a calibration report internally. https://graphcom.gr/product.php?lang=en&id=128 Measuring range between 7 and 50 N/cm Thanks for sharing any useful calibration instruction

The tension depends on the thickness of the stencil. Exp: stencil of 100µm => tension must be higher than 33N

Hi Team, what we have observed is that tension basically at the center of the stencil is less . And it directly depends on the number of aperture opening we have . More the opening less the tension. But there is no supporting document for the same

I got question on is there any variance for thickness of stencil with respect to stencil tension. Is ther any guideline for it.
