We are very close to having the printer up and running but have hit a snag that we hope someone has seen and can offer a work around. The machine does not have the auto stencil wiper attachment parts in it. Did not matter before the hard drive crash

1. Don't use a PCB for calibration because the tactile sensor have to free to touch the bottom side of stencil. 2. The wiper is option, the function can be disable in the setup menu.

A couple more things to look at. ( DEK) Check you wiper blades. This is the rubber blade that holds the paper in contact with your stencil. When these wear down it will not clean properly. Also make sure when you run this product that you verify that
