On an Essemtec machine I solved my sticky tape problem by routing the cover tape different than normal so that it pulls back more instead of up. I'm not familiar with your feeders and don't know if that is even a possibility.

Print it, place it,(Don't reflow it) check it, remove valuable parts & wash it. You could use double sided sticky tape but it leaves crap all over the board when you remove it. Rob.

You can't really use a pasted board to troubleshoot the program as any components not on target simply slide off with machine vibration and movement as they won't be held by the solder paste. Whereas on double sided sticky tape they remain in place
