The internal conveyor stopped working...won't take board in. Says there is a board inside machine...is it a sensor problem? Any suggestions? Nothing led up to this. Just started machine up after weekend, and it will not take the board in.

You should be able to check the sensor, most had have the red light to indicate that a PCB is being detected. Depending on the version of software it should tell you within the manual control option too

The bottom piece of the sensor broke, and it threw it off, fixed now. Wasn't sure, it must have come loose enough to throw it off, but not enough to trigger an error that it wasn't working...because it was still in the casing

Hi Bert, Take all feeders off of the machine. Do a reset start (hold reset switch in while powering up the machine). This will flush the memory so you will need to load PROPER, STATUS, PROGRAM. If it still does it you may have a short in a feede

Craig, Try this.... Go into 'machine-calibration-transport' then click on 'touch stop'. Reteach your board touch stop x for both gantries (if you moved both touch stops). If the board still does not reach the touch stop.....teach 'Board Positioning S
