Steve--Depends on the number of sku's they're talking about. Consider a small vertical enclosed carousel that will hold the small 6" AKRO (or equal) plastic bins. Push a button & the machine rotates the shelf. Parts are extracted manually. Foot print

I've made storage bins made from old beer cases i had laying around. Seems to work well and I can check to see if any parts broke off b y looking at the bottom of the case.
