Hey, I would suggest using lead-free solder and lead-free components. This would give your kit the "green label". I dont want the sample if you this suggestion doesnt value add to your project good luck

Un-Reflowed Paste

By looking at the solder balls they have not joined with the other particles that are alongside them. suggesting that they did'nt reflow. But they could very well be as you suggested, reflowed and ejacta from the process. We have been experiencing

I would suggest 1) Use the profile that is suggested with the BGA types you are using or 2) Have you solder paste rep visit for a half day and help profile your machine. Remember if they want to keep you as a paste customer they will help. Enjoy,

We don't know how to accelerate soak recipes. We'd suggest that you use the recipe for your product use environment that is suggested in SM-785 - Guidelines For Accelerated Reliability Testing Of SM Solder Attachments

Which stencil cleaners are RoHS compliant and cost effective? (We are currently using IPA for stencil cleaning, but there are some problems.So, we suggest to use VIGON SC 200?Is it good for stencil cleaning? Or any other suggestions?)
