emmanuel, John's right, as long as there is support, nothing changes. Depending on the size of the board fixtures might be a better option over support pins. Unless the pins jump out of the machine and follow it into the reflow oven, You never know!!

Continuing, many soldering pallet manufacturers make pallets with pockets to support bottom-side components during second side processing. Good luck Dave F

If you are having problems with missing, misplaced RLC on your Fuji CP you should take a look at your board supports in the machine. Lack of or improper board support and bad feeders are the most common causes of misplaced RLC's.

On the board support issue: DEK and Ovation Products make board support things to get at the issue you describe. Ovation hosted an On-Board Forum on SMTnet a while ago.
