Need to pick between an inexpensive Manncorp manual axial lead former or the Manix unit. Any one have any experience with either of these two units?

Arguably the finest axial lead cut and form machine ever created. They go for like $25K new. Can do almost any type of form. Good German engineering!

Hello All, I've come across this machine and have no experience with Streckfuss other than the little radial "trim only" unit. Does anyone own one of these? Good, bad, ugly? The one I found is going for $2.5k and has a good selection of dies.

What I'm thinking is that your cutter/former (or whatever the "boot" shaped assembly is called, that provides the dies for cutting and forming parts from the tape) could be worn, dull, bent, etc., and once in a while you get a lead that doesn't enter
