Hi, Sometimes we have the following error: " TABLE BASE NOT GOOD ". In the manual, it says that we have to check the cylinder and other parts around the table. This is not very specific. Can anyone helps us with some hints? Thank you

Check firmware version and Fuji upgrade reports because it could be a sofware bug. I remember also 1 random failure on IP1 which was hard to identify: a cable in raceway connected to placement table was getting contact failure when table moves.

problem solved. Some PCB table support pins were jammed down in the table preventing the Z axis from lowering all the way. The intial error mesage was x and y servo, but the real error was the z axis overflow. Rob

There is also plastic link on the shaft that raises your Z-Table that may have come lose or broken. Is the Z-Table able to move up and down in Supervisor mode?

I think you may be remembering wrong. Timer circuit will normally cause table drop when system power is re-applied, not when it is removed.
