We have a Heller 1500W Reflow oven and need a way to catch boards as they come out of the oven. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to do this. Your reply will be appreciated.

I would use a $49.99 hot air gun. The only issue is temp control some have it some don't. If they don't you have to be careful of getting PCB/Componret too hot. It should take about 1.5 min. to get it off. Russ

Really? A hot air gun? Sounds difficult to control. But $50.00 sounds good! Is this what your company practices? How do you avoid reflowing 603's surrounding the qfp?
