We are encountering insufficient solder paste. Our stencil thickness is 0.13 mm and our printing pressure is 0.08 MPa our solder paste is Tamura TLF-204-19A. Please advice how to solve this problem.

Your peak temperature needs to be 20 to 30�C GT the melting point of the solder. What is the melting point of: * Tamura 60-30 paste? * Tin lead on your connectors? [You imply that it is 63/37, but is that correct?]

If your oven has the flux collection unit just like the Tamura oven, then you will not experience same as what you have shown on the picture. The only thing to do now is to clean and take out the flux. Also, please consider, flux accumolation depend
