FYI SME offers a replacement Tape leaf detection system which covers the whole range of FUJI CP4-CP7 machines.its also very reasonably priced. It doesn't use Fibre Sensors or mirrors. it only has 1 adjustment which is height via Eccentric screw. even

I repair our Fuji feeders myself. They are easy to work on. Most of the issues are usually related to components jammed and general cleaning. Minimum lubrication is required. Tape leafs are inexpensive to replace too. Happy repairing. Cheers.

Has anyone changed the PD on this part lately. Sounds like a program (PD) issue. Nozzle size should be .7mm. Narrow view should be selected. Tape leaf cover on feeder should be .7mm. Make sure parts aren't on the camera lens. Good luck!
