Yes it is new.The technicians that have set up the machine did not have the feeder manual up until yesterday afternoon.They managed to sort the problem out by referring to the manual.The EX-Feeders needed to be programmed on the feeders itself.Thanks

If you use the calibration plate and stencil, that should fix the problem. I think that you are not saving the result from the calibration test. Double check manuals and probably with DEK technician, but it sounds like you are missing a step.

You sound like me lol. Champagne taste on a beer budget. People like the CP's because they are work horses that rarely break. You do however need a technician that isn't a goof-daddy to keep her tuned.

Could you setup bga rework style machines with custom nozzles? Assuming your manual convection process consists of technicians with hot air pencils, and depending on part locations, this could potentially replace the manual part of that process.
