I am currently running 2x Tenryu ( Amistar ) Fv7100 machines. They are sensational. However the version of the software I'm running sucks. Yamaha has basically taken over Tenryu and formed, as they call it, an independant third entity called i-Pulse.

Scott, We have 2 Amistar Placepro 5620's and 2 5720's. One with a TF-14. I've personally been working on these for the past 10 years or so. Have a pretty good grasp of the process, if placepro's are what you are using. Glad to see Amistar is

If Amistar can't help try service@ipulse.co.jp I think you may struggle to get this sort of software for free. Tenryu has a history of using hard locks on their off-line software matched to the supplied floppy drive/ CD with serial # etc. Good Luck.
