Hi, Instead of using High Temp solder, I would like to use a UV epoxy to atach termocouples to reflow profile boards. Does any one know a good one? Thanks in advance. Alberto

Hi, I attach the termocouples with high temperature solder wire, at the QFP pins.Other thermocople I attach at package with high temperature tape.

Hi, I can give you a few steps. 1. The solder paste. Take the profile that manifacturer gives for the paste. 2. Use termocouple to measure the tempereture. Put PCB and measure the temperature in equal terms. 3. Compare your profile to manifacturers
