It depends on your product application requirement, normally should not drop off board for automotive. Even the dropped board pass function test in plant, it will have problem in its working environment.

Has anyone had experiences of ICT test fixtures actually damaging the PCB boards - typically when they have moved away from HASL finish to OSP. I would also like to hear more about any specific issues seen at ICT for non HASL pcb finishes thanks -

100% visual inspection. If we test, then we retest (assuming this is a completed board). Also, if there is an accelerometer on board, we argue about whether or not we should replace it by default.
