We have two Wave Solder machines and still use the FOAMING flux, but the formula we used to use was discontinued, and the one we are currently using isn't as good. I'm hoping that others are still foaming and will share what flux formula they are us

Hello: I am wondering what you all do with your flux stone at the end of the day? Do you remove the unit and store it in DI water or your thinner for the flux? Do you leave the stone in and just add your thinner to get to the correct specific gravity

First, an earlier poster suggested using DI water. We are NOT excited about DI water with a NC fluxer, unless DI water is the proper flux thinner. Second, as you inplied, the maintenance steps you take should vary according to the amount of time th
