Hi Grant, You already have a few good answers. If you have but one to a few BNC connectors I would kind of use the advice here or do what you already are doing aka hand soldering. I would not install a Wave Solder line for a really low volume of BN

You appear to have two problems working against you at once. One is component lead corrosion that the no clean flux isn't aggressive enough to remove. Do a simple dip and look test. Flux the leads of a component and dip it into the molten solder for

Mike, It sounds like you have a serious problem, I don't know much about drag soldering or what your specific soldering problem is with your present supplier. I do know that with a conventional solder machine these leads won't even make it through
