I have designed a tool that works great on magnet wires. I am in the process of applying for patent. The tool will work on ml coated magnet wires (36-45 AWG). If you are intersted, please send an email to mkhosh@bellsouth.net.

It will require an alignment. The tools are usually included in the toolbox, one L shaped magnetic tool, a small square glass plate and there is a tool in the nozzle changer. You can buy them seperately if you dont have them. There is a bigger qu

They take the place of the tooling pins. They magnetically attach to the table. Board comes in, table raises, Red-E-Set supports the board, prints, done. You just have to do the initial setup before running. We bought 4 units for each machine. J

Are you using any flexible magnetic tooling with it or are you using dedicated fixtures for holding your array's?

Count on Tools makes hard foam support block with magnetic bases that work really well. check with them to see if they make them for the SPV. Insert standard: I receive no benefit nor compensation from the aforementioned company.

We suffered our first blood letting because of razor sharp edge clamps (DEK 265LT) and operator giving it the finger. While positioning magnetic tooling pins, one of our best slipped and really sliced off a part of his main digit. This will impact hi

I'm glad I dropped in here. I am about to buy some tooling for a Fuji GP-641E. I have been told to get the Red-E-Set, but from this discussion I'm not sure if that's a good idea. The local dealer wants US$1000 each for the 24" segments, we would pro

FYI: MPM does in fact offer alternate board support tooling than the vacuum box system. They have the X and Y snugger tooling, which clamps the board and uses magnetic support pins. If you are looking at a used UP2000, check to see what tooling it ha
