Is the problem with the same component or manufacturer? Just for kicks, load a different component on the same feeder. Run machine in trial mode and place only that component on double sided tape. Gary

We always apply solder paste to either the PCB pads or the BGA balls. I have found that only using liquid or tacky flux does not always ensure proper wetting of the pads. Also The BGA sits closer to the PCB making cleaning and endoscopic inspection

In my opinion, the best solution is h-towers or similar dedicated tooling designed for each build. However, a quick cheap fix is to make templates to lay in the bottom of the centernest. If you have access to CAD software, you can print out the ger
