Yes, we did it with both the monitors (camera & normal). Used a BNC to VGA adaptor for the black & white camera.

I suspect configuration too. From memory, only certain heads are assignable as 'Fine'. Changing this parameter in the component data to Standard or QFP will most likely cure this as any head will accept those two options

It turned out that only SF heads support "fine" mode, while FNC does not. Probably because above the FNC nozzle there is a "circle" rotating the nozzles, and in fine mode it can interfere with the reflection of the camera light - the element is lower

I was told by Assembleon that a Topaz can not be fitted with a 54mm camera. Only the 45mm. The Emerald? or whatever the 4 spindle machine is called, is the only one with a 54MM camera. Is this not true? I am talking used Topaz, 1997 to 2000 models. P

I used Topaz x and X2 long time ago. I might be wrong, but let's check the thickness of components and the camera light recognizing setup for each part. (?). They may be too different to be optimized for simultaneously pick-up and place.

The calibration was ok. When i switch off the back camera and use front one everything is ok. Is it true that when Topaz use back line camera after checking the components the machine rotates the components 180 degree?. Mark \
