If the nozzle gets changed properly but the machine still gives the sensor, then the FNC nozzle detection sensor needs to be adjusted. It is a set of 2 sensors on a plate on the either side of the FNC. If the nozzle is not changed successfully and ge

Hi! Try to make "R_AXIS_ACCURACY" calibration for all of FNC heads for back camera only. I met such problem on Topaz-X. There was clearly seen offset on 0.8mm pitch components. I simply calibrated all cameras for FNC nozzles and problem disappeared.

I am using TopazX2, placing 0603 caps with #72 FNC nozzles. Sometimes, there is solder splash around the caps, being blowed out by the nozzle (?) when it placed the part down. Any idea about the reason and solution. Thanks.

Using the 72A FNC nozzles to place 3216 resistors, and 74F nozzles to place PLCC6 LED's. The LED's ar 5mm x 6.5mm x 2.4mm tall.

Good morning, My advice is to put two Topaz-Xii in line. Machine programming is rather easy (with PPS and GPP that AssemleOn offers), but final teaching on machine is strongly required. If you want to prepare programs fully offline youll have to pu
