Hi Better to check the table calibration and wedges also the rack and pinion gear at the back of the table for control if you go into mechacheck you can set the servo and the calibration data if its an early cp6 its quite simple to set up if its a cp

If you are sure that your part data is correct, have you checked the calibration of Z origin? Are the parts leaving an impression on the paste or is there no indication of an attempted place. How small of resistors are we talking 0402, 0603, 0805?

Thanks for the response Thomas..You are correct I got solder paste on both edge on the nozzle type 4007. But it uses for nearly 30 types of part number ..and also I will get missing without any issues in nozzle..I am unable to find the trace in that.

Should be some numbers on the top of the other two. If you can read them we can get you the right part info. it also looks as though you have some trace and pad damage that will require repair prior to you putting down new part. Or you can remove

Dennis, The solder paste is responsible for holding the component in place pre-reflow. Several things to look at: Is the paste accurately printed on the pad? If not, there may not be enough of the component in contact with the paste to provide adiq

We have had this problem with one of our machine although it is not a Mydata. We had to reduce the blow off time for these. Our problem was also these same Rnet packages. the part is proabably picked a little off center, then the blow off hits the
