I saw zigzag tracks on some PCB layouts. What is the actual requirement and advantage of having this kind of tracks?

Does anyone out there have any info on track balance ratios. i.e. heavy track entering 1 end of component (0402) and thinner track leaving other end and how this effects/causes problems like tombstoning. Am trying to put together design rules for cus

Hi, What's the maximum track width that is allowed to be attached to a 0805 component land pattern. I have a 70 mil x 45 mil Land for my 0805 and is attached to a 50 mil wide track with a length of 300 mil to 1500 mil. Components affected are mostly

The trick is to put a serial number on each feeder and use a maintenance tracking software. There are commercial software out there that do just that. Some even use the barcodes to track the location of the feeders, so you know which machine it is on

We are investigating a system, using 2-D matrix code, that will identify and track every PCB throughout our factory, starting from bare board. As a low-medium volume manufacturer, would labels or laser marking be more cost-effective? How difficult is
