Thanx for the feedback. The solder mask is PSR-4000 ( need to confirm this - not too sure ). If the board got in touch with the solder bath, for the contact time of 3 - 6 secs, this should not be the case for proper curing process right ?. thanx ag

Turn off Grid-Lok, turn off side clamps. Use hand inserted tooling (yeah, you may have to do some thinking here)for support. If you have vacuum, turn it on. People still use Grid-Lok?

We were told to turn on the air supply prior to turning on the power to the machine. We see this error when we forget to turn the air supply on first, you can just aknowledge the error and it will work.

I spoke with a Tech at Superior Flux. He confirmed that Superior 515 will absoluteley turn yellow at room temp. Hydrobromic Acid in the flux, as it binds the hydrogen gases off and the bromine turns yellow. What is weird, is that Tin Bromide is y
