We had a similar type of part that gave us trouble. Our solution was an o-ring attached to the end of the nozzle, we used a type of shoe-goo to adhere the o-ring to the nozzle. May be cheaper than a custom nozzle.

Tim you can do your image repeat after you place the whole panel with nozzle #1. In your sequence step program place all with nozzle 1. You can then change to nozzle#2 then place the whole panel with nozzle number 2. This will be one nozzle change. I

Which nozzles are coming up NG on the large camera? If it's the smaller ones, don't worry about it. Those nozzles don't use the large camera anyways. Be concerned if the small nozzles are coming out NG on the small camera.

Check the nozzle. If these are the only two parts on the board that use a specific nozzle, it's a good place to start. The nozzle is probably not releasing well and shifting the component when trying to retract after placement...
