Can some one explain to me why the ceramic nozzles are cracking not on the tip but on the base??? also how long do the sleeves last, no informaton from siemens they just came in and changed from 'o'ring to bearing type?? Thanks Julie

I don't know what machine type you have or what the nozzles look like but we use a standard nozzle with an I.D. of either .8 or 1.5mm. We rotate and pick up the part somewhat slowly.

Agreed... I wish I could sort by product, head, nozzle, feeder and package type. Then calculate a ppm rate for each to target the worst offender playing feeders against common nozzles.

Hello! Did you try to pick all parts with the same type of nozzle? The LEDs are not so big that you have to use a nozzle 74. Christian

I have found Superior No. 75 to be an absolute miracle worker when it comes to nozzle maintenance. I let our worst nozzles soak in that over the weekend and then the majority of the dross would literally flake off with light pressure from a pick/scre

Thanks for the response Thomas..You are correct I got solder paste on both edge on the nozzle type 4007. But it uses for nearly 30 types of part number ..and also I will get missing without any issues in nozzle..I am unable to find the trace in that.
