Is there any company out there that can retro fit 402 or 201 type nozzles for Assembleon gem, Eclipse and orion?

Can some one explain to me why the ceramic nozzles are cracking not on the tip but on the base??? also how long do the sleeves last, no informaton from siemens they just came in and changed from 'o'ring to bearing type?? Thanks Julie

I don't know what machine type you have or what the nozzles look like but we use a standard nozzle with an I.D. of either .8 or 1.5mm. We rotate and pick up the part somewhat slowly.

Agreed... I wish I could sort by product, head, nozzle, feeder and package type. Then calculate a ppm rate for each to target the worst offender playing feeders against common nozzles.

Thanks for the response Thomas..You are correct I got solder paste on both edge on the nozzle type 4007. But it uses for nearly 30 types of part number ..and also I will get missing without any issues in nozzle..I am unable to find the trace in that.
