Hallo We are going to clean PCb after assembly (SMD and THT) due to conformal coating. It is small value production with elements on PCB like BGA, QFP. What you recommend or suggest to use : ultrasonic? , spray wash? or something like dish wash???.

In almost every application an ultrasonic spray fluxer will out perform foam fluxing. Better soldering results are what most expereince after making the change to U/S spray. There are good ultrasonic units from USI and Sono-Tek. www.ultraspray.com w

We installed a SonoFlux ultrasonic spray fluxer, replacing the foam fluxer in our Electrovert Econopak wave in 2014. The cost at that time was 16K, installation included. We ran water based flux through it and as long as we kept it clean, worked well
