Does anyone have experience using a shuttle on a GSM platform? I'm just wondering how well it works and how reliable and trouble free the component picks are. I am looking to run a low volume line with a printer/oven and a GSM1 platform with a PTF

Hi, I have a Universal GSM (1995ish) which often rejects 0603 capacitors. I've tried adjusting the light level. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. What level of rejects do people get with this model machine. This happens with other components

Just as an option you might want to look at Assembleon also. They have an adaptive base that allows you to run the GSM feeders on the new MG machine, which is faster than the UIC machine. I do not work for Assembleon just wanted to mention it.

Make sure your machine configuration is correct. You may have something assigned to the machine that is no longer there. For 24V check to make sure all of the E-stop jumpers are plugged in.
