Awesome! It's good you found feeder teach. One warning: feeder teach is not slot specific (at least not when I ran GSM). Example: You teach an 8mm feeder in slot 30. You then teach an 8mm feeder in slot 31. The pick will change for the slot 30

The GSM can place the part from a XY positioning standpoint without issue. You'll have to look at what camera you have to know if the machine can inspect it. After that you need to decide if your feeders can accurately provide the part to the machine

It is less reliable, no longer is in production, and requires off-line programming. If you can afford a PTIF, buy it.

Just as an option you might want to look at Assembleon also. They have an adaptive base that allows you to run the GSM feeders on the new MG machine, which is faster than the UIC machine. I do not work for Assembleon just wanted to mention it.
