From the specs that I see online it looks that UIC Fuzion can make 150k/h and Mirae 55k/h. Define machines and we can talk.

So, for Pick and Place machies, will I see any improvements on placement or anything else using CAD instead of plain Pick and Place? Don't know does it metter but I'm using Universal Instruments machines.

Pick and place machine is as good as the feeder is. Electronic fast feeders with precise servomotors will be no match for a pneumatic feeder. Price however, will be different as well.

In search of my ultimate chip shooter I need a machine faster than 2 universal instruments lightning heads. I am aware Fuji has a turret head and Yamaha. Are they as reliable/fast as the lightning head? Who else makes turret heads?

Hi Tom, I work with Universal Instruments Corp in Illinois. Are you planning on buying used equipment or would you be interested in remanufactured UIC equipment that is completely rebuilt by UIC and comes with a warranty?

Does anybody have UIC's Advanced Motion Diagnostics software for OS/2? I have version that does not support FlexJet heads. UIC does not support it anymore, so it's a sort of unobtainium...

I have always been a fan of Universal Instruments; the machines have been good to us. They have a re-manufactured division as well if you are looking for something a little less than new.
