What kind of errors are you getting. make sure that you have the right size fid's and the color is correct in the program. This is the main problem that I run into and it usually corrects the problem. Make sure that it is looking in the right X and Y

I just checked a hand full of scrap nozzles and the scuffing is usually on the right or left of the needle. If you have the cross pin facing you and looking down on the nozzle most of the scuffing or wear was on the left side, sometimes on both sides

I usually delete segment repair files 'segrep' monthly without implications. It speeds the machine up when generating other segrep files. I believe it is just an archive for e-stop generated production files and has no bearing on management data. Hop

Just like bored say, we delete seg repairs on the monthly bases. It is part of our maintenance now.

Already tried it. From what I learned later, certain aspects of the OS2 filesystem and extended attributes are dependent on disk geometry, and therefore can't be fully successfully copied like that. :/

You do not need to back up segrep. This is only used for boards currently on the machine whenever the machine encounters a palm down or soft stop. It only contains what is mounted and or not mounted on that board. No System infomation is contained in
