look here for some detail on this machine It doesn't tell you if it is a dual wave but all other questions are answered. Just call this place up and ask. http://www.equipmatching.com/used_equipment/2/40/39658.php

It's been a while, but I thought it was set up with on the screen, and not with dip switches. I'm sure with later models it was but can't remember the menu selections to do it.

Our MPM 2000 screen printer machine has a problem. During the machine reset mode a warning message come up "Z lockout not operating". Does anyone know what fault could cause this?

Is this a new machine to your facility? I have seen MPM UP3000's give error while homing if the transformers are not tapped exactly at the line voltage. Just a thought.

6 mils maybe? instead of 6mm? We go down to 5 mils and up to 7 with 0603. You could even use a 4mil stencil for these without any problems. The .2mm (.0078")apart however might get you in trouble unless your equipment is rock solid.

Ahhh, the seminar. Almost as bad as "seeing it on TV". Keep your shoes shiny and wear nice cloths. You'll make it in American manufacturing - if you have buzzwords up to snuff.

Chunks nailed it. You should not expect to see a perfect side fillet on this part, especially using no-clean, it's probably bare copper, hard to wick solder up the side of the lead.
