There are plenty of paste chemistries now that can be stored at room temp for far longer than 2 weeks. You should not return a paste to the fridge once it has been opened. If a tub of paste came out of the fridge mistakenly I see no reason to why it

You can try by designing your own fixture to ensure the FiFo, but it will always depend on the operator to fill it in the righ order, I used to have a fixture like the one in the image, but it was installed next to the machine, not inside the fridge.

You should get your paste in ice(dry ice). Then you should keep it in a fridge. Many pastes now have 1month shelf life(after you take it out of the fridge). If you follow all the above, you might be having: 1. Lot problem - try different lots of you
