Electronics Forum | Thu Jul 08 17:57:31 EDT 2004 | codestar

We are looking to automate the pick and place process when it comes to the barcode labels or license plates located on the component reels. Now, prior to pick and placement starting, the reel labels have to be scanned. I have been advised a Fuji CP

We are also interested in this, but where can we find the dimensions? We have thouht about some kind of a guideline to simplify the way of how we do the "Matrix tray numbers" input to our fine pitch machine. We do a lot of prototype production and ev

Hello , In our case we take the results from the repair station. Each test station has its own repair station so from there we count the process defects : placement and printing. The formula used to calculate PPM = DEFECTS / (PARTS PER BOARD x UNITS

So...FactoryLogix does all of that through integrations with KohYoung and Panasonic (as well as most other machines found in SMT assembly). Realtime data is captured during assembly by UID, and can be viewed in live dashboards, scheduled reports, et

It looks like there's another one or two threads somewhat similar, but allow me to pose another. We've only about two years experience in SMD production, and we're just starting to really ramp-up. As we stand right now, I'm not recieving informatio

Hi Notice they do call out that you should use their thinner. In the MSDS you get a clue as to the thinner they are mostly using with some additives. http://www.kester.com/PDF%20FILES/PDF%20Data%20Sheets/E%20No-Clean%20Fluxes/951%20(30Mar98)logo.p
