Yep, checked the nozzle (that was my first port of call). Had a look at it under our microscope, and also swapped it out for another nozzle to be sure. The problem still exists. You can set the theta speed, but only to Fast, Medium or Slow. I've

Cheers. I have a suspicion its an error with whatever part of the machine measures shaft rotation, but the grub screw thing is an easy one to check and eliminate. I'm only guessing from what I can see, but it looks like its setting the component at

We are looking for a domestic contract assembler that has experience placing Zierick pins onto IMS boards. Specifically we need to place the A1, A2, A3 and A4 pins of any length. Information on the pins can be found here: http://www.zierick.com/pa

Thanks so much for the reply. I had looked at Juki but must have missed that model. I see what you are saying about the dispensing. I was looking at the Mycronic solder jet system the My700 I believe. I have watched a few videos detailing the pros an

You are probably right. The Aimex III handles a larger board was my biggest draw. I will check and make sure the NXT III comes in a dual gantry configuration. Finally heard back from Juki after I basically told them if I didn't hear back they were o

Well we have decided to go with the Panasonic NPM W2(WX at end of year)...... Really liking the Ekra screen printers. Looking at the Serio 4000 or X5 pro large. Any recommendations for boards 24x20+? Also looking at the btu 10 zone Air 125. Cycle tim

I've seen them down at 2 metres in the past, but usually only 4 zone. from memory Electrovert used to do a small 5 zone with pin chain - Infraflow 500 or something. To be fair, even small one line CEMs usually have a decent oven as you need to be a
