If Amistar can't help try service@ipulse.co.jp I think you may struggle to get this sort of software for free. Tenryu has a history of using hard locks on their off-line software matched to the supplied floppy drive/ CD with serial # etc. Good Luck.

Are you using masking? Conformal coat will de-wet (no pin holes usually, though) due to masking tape adjacent to affected areas if the tape glue chemistry isn't compatible with the conformal coat.

Yes, I've used the muffin tins. I drained a solder drag pot. Steve makes a good point about the drain valve. When I drain my pot, I will be scooping out the solder and filling my tins.

Sure, using the drain for the last portion, that's difficult to ladle-out, is fine. Be aware that the drain may not be as easy to close as you'd like.
